Summer Camp 2017

On Saturday the 22nd July 2017 (leaders will arrive on the 21st to set camp up) we will be going away for our annual week long summer camp, returning on Saturday 29th July. This is the highlight of the year for the Scouts, always with a strong turn out. This year we will be holding a traditional, activity packed patrol camp at Broadstone Warren Scout Campsite (http://www.broadstonewarren.org.uk/). The intention this year is to fit in as many activities as we can into the week, including local hikes and a day trip to a nearby town. The cost of the camp will be £200, with a deposit of £50 (by cheque made payable to Genesis Scout Troop) to be paid by the 1st March 2017.

The key bits of information regarding the Genesis Scouts Summer Camp 2017 are as follows:

• Drop off is 12:00 lunchtime on Saturday 22nd July (having had lunch)
• Pick up is 12:00 lunchtime on Saturday 29th July.

Could you please fill out the form below indicating whether your Scout is or isn't interested and return it to us (It is very important that I know either way) by the 1st March. with a cheque for £50 made payable to 'Genesis Scout Troop' (or, to use our alternative payment methods, see the recent bank direct payment policy).
